RUTLAND COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISTRICT RUTLAND, VERMONT
STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Rutland County Solid Waste District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Stormwater Improvements Construction Project
Engineer’s Project Number: 3521.03

Bids for the construction of the Project will be submitted (uploaded) to Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc.’s (Engineer) Sharefile Folder, by March 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately reviewed and summarized in a letter that will be made available to bidders of record.

The Project includes the construction of pre-engineered stormwater treatment systems to treat collected stormwater to comply with the facility’s Stormwater Discharge Permit that was issued on September 12, 2023.
Bids are requested for the Stormwater Improvements Construction Project. The Project has an expected duration of 144 days (May 6, 2024 through September 27, 2024).

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be made available for download from the Engineer’s Sharefile Folder (https://sanbornhead.sharefile.com/i/ida6783b151e48b28). The Sharefile Folder will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the Sharefile Folder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Sharefile Folder.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on March 1, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Rutland County Solid Waste District Offices at 1 Smith Road in Rutland, Vermont. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
